Ian Ritchie

Ian Ritchie currently serves as the Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, a role held since July 2025. Prior to this position, Ian held various leadership roles in commercial banking, including Senior Vice President and Team Leader at Mechanics Bank, where responsibility included managing and growing the San Francisco Commercial Banking office and providing full-service banking solutions to privately held businesses in Northern California. Ian's extensive experience in the banking sector includes roles at City National Bank, Union Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, and Banc Investment Group, beginning with a position as a Credit Officer at Union Bank of California. Ian holds dual MBA degrees in Finance from both Melbourne Business School and Stockholm School of Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting and Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
