Jodie Strait

Jodie Strait is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business strategy, risk management, and technology integration within the banking sector. Currently serving as the COO Business Strategy, Execution and Insights Leader at Wells Fargo, Jodie drives initiatives within the COO Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Office to achieve measurable outcomes for a workforce of nearly 100,000 employees. Previous roles at Wells Fargo include leadership positions in Commercial and Investment Banking Risk Data and Analytics, as well as project management in the successful integration of Government and Institutional Banking operations. With a background that includes managing technology delivery at Wachovia and project management for Bank of America, Jodie has demonstrated a strong ability to lead diverse teams and implement innovative solutions. In addition to banking, Jodie is the owner of Calabrone Show Dogs, specializing in nationally ranked Australian Shepherds, Tibetan Spaniels, and Pekingese. Education includes a BA in Government from California State University-Sacramento.
