Katherine Lopez-Gamboa

Katherine Lopez-Gamboa currently serves as the Head of Product Operations at PDAX, having joined the company in June 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at HSBC from November 2010 to March 2023, including Manager for Operations in Payments for HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth, where responsibilities included providing support and guidance to employees and overseeing regional outcomes. Additional roles at HSBC involved leading the successful migration of operations teams in the Philippines and developing strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance service delivery. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication, with a focus on Speech Communication and a minor in Broadcast Communication, from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2007.
