Kelty McRae

Kelty McRae is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in leadership roles within major financial institutions. Currently serving as EVP and Head of HR for Commercial Banking at Wells Fargo, Kelty has held multiple senior positions including HR Business Partner Leader and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience at Wachovia Corp includes roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Director. Kelty's career began at First Union National Bank as a Compensation Analyst and started in human resources at GE Industrial Systems. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
