Kristen Williams

Kristen Williams is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Talent Acquisition for Investment Bank, Wealth Management, and Commercial Bank at Wells Fargo since May 2022. Prior to this, Kristen held the role of Senior Human Capital Consultant at MSD Partners, L.P. and served as Managing Director and Human Resources Consultant at Hygge Capital Partners, where focus was on customized HR solutions. Kristen's extensive experience also includes a tenure as Managing Director and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at The Blackstone Group, where significant organizational redesign was implemented, and as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing strategic HR roles post-merger. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Scranton.
