Laura Meditz

Laura Meditz is an accomplished leader in sales and customer experience transformation with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience Transformation for Home Lending at Wells Fargo since January 2024, Laura previously held key roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2018 to February 2024, including Managing Director and Executive Director for Chase Home Lending Originations Strategy, focusing on sales optimization and distribution strategy. Additionally, Laura led the Salesforce Center of Excellence at JPMorgan Chase as Executive Director of Chase Data & Analytics.
