Neelima Pukkella

Neelima Pukkella is an experienced software engineer specializing in BI reporting and dashboard development using Tableau and Power BI. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo since June 2023, Neelima is involved in the IAM Analytics & Reporting (IAMAR) Portal project, which centralizes IAM reporting and dashboard management. Previous positions include Senior Tableau/Power BI Developer roles at Boyd Group Services Inc. and Citi, as well as a Senior Tableau Developer position at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where significant expertise in Power BI and SQL was gained. Earlier experience includes a Tableau Developer role at State Farm Insurance Agency, focusing on insurance policy analysis, and at Shire, facilitating data analytics and KPI reporting.
