Nzingha Williams

Nzingha Williams, Ed.D., MBA, GCDF, currently serves as the Lead Business Execution Consultant (Emerging Talent Program Manager) at Wells Fargo, focusing on talent management and learning within Human Resources. Previously, Nzingha spent nearly a decade at Central Piedmont Community College, where roles included Director of Career and Technical Education, coordinating various initiatives and grants related to career pathways. Nzingha's background also includes positions at Healing Interventions, Inc., Wake Technical Community College, and Wake Day Reporting Center, emphasizing program management and support in educational and counseling settings. Nzingha holds a Doctor of Education degree in Adult and Community College Leadership from North Carolina State University, along with an MBA in Project Management and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology, also from North Carolina State University.
