Puja Trivedi

Puja Trivedi has extensive experience in talent and performance management, currently serving as Executive Director and Senior Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant at Wells Fargo since March 2025. Prior roles include Director of People Business Partner at Slalom, and HRBP in Commercial Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Puja's career began at Cars.com, where roles included Manager of People Development/Business Partner and Associate Manager of Organizational Development. Additional experience includes positions at Groupon as a City Planner and Target as a Business Analyst in Merchandise Planning. Puja holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from City St George’s, University of London, and a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University.
