Raphael Rega

Raphael Rega is a seasoned cyber security leader with extensive experience in information security and network architecture. Currently serving as Executive Director - Principal Engineer for Network Innovation and Modernization at Wells Fargo since April 2022, Raphael has previously held senior roles at AIG, Santander Consumer USA, and Vizient, Inc., where significant contributions were made in enhancing network security and infrastructure. Raphael's background includes directing IT infrastructure at Dallas Baptist University, where a complete redesign of the department's architecture was achieved. Prior experience as an Information Security Architect at BM&FBOVESPA involved maintenance of IT security controls, and early career roles included network administration at Penha Baptist School. Educational credentials include an MBA from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
