Ray Fischer

Ray Fischer is the EVP, Head of Credit Cards & Merchant Services at Wells Fargo. Ray has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on card and merchant services. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, they were the Vice Chairman & Administrative Officer at The Kessler Group, where they were responsible for developing the company’s network and enhancing bank relationships. Ray also served as the President of Chase Merchant Services and the Chief Financial Officer, Card, Merchant Services, and Auto Finance at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Earlier in their career, they were the Vice President & Director of Accounting at Discover Financial Services. Ray has a deep understanding of the card and payments industry and is a strategic thought partner with insight into all aspects of the business. Ray is a skilled negotiator and has a track record of successfully launching new initiatives and partnerships.
