Ruth Ferguson

Ruth Ferguson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo since June 2021. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at The Related Companies from April 2016 to June 2021. Ruth's career also includes significant roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Ruth progressed from Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Global Markets to Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific region, and earlier as First Vice President, Senior Human Resources Relationship Manager for Global Equities. Additionally, Ruth served as Executive Director at JPMorgan, overseeing HR for Global Equities, Global Futures, Options, and Global Proprietary Trading from January 1992 to January 2007. Ruth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
