Ryan Sparks

Ryan Sparks currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo Home Lending, a position held since October 2024. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Chief Transformation Officer at Carlisle Companies Incorporated and Chief Information Officer at EVERSANA. As the Founder of North Swell Innovation Partners, Ryan focused on IT Strategy and Communication. An Interim CEO at The Headstrong Project, Ryan worked to enhance organizational governance and drove significant cost reductions while developing a multi-year revenue plan. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master’s degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego - Knauss School of Business.
