Siba Prakash Kar

Siba Prakash Kar is currently the Head of Analytics & Finance for Wealth and Investment Management at Wells Fargo India & Philippines, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this, Siba served as Chapter Leader for Digital Analytics and Strategy at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation initiatives and collaboration across various business functions from November 2018 to April 2022. Siba's earlier experience includes a role as Vice President of Business Analytics & Research at Fidelity Business Services India, with over a decade spent building and leading the analytics team, and an Assistant Vice President role at Genpact focusing on marketing analytics. Siba's career began at Maruti Udyog Limited, contributing to logistics management and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and an Engineering degree in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
