Siva Paramasamy

Siva Paramasamy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in application development, digital transformation, and engineering strategy, primarily at Wells Fargo since July 2009. Currently serving as SVP, Head of Development Enablement, Siva is responsible for establishing application development frameworks and integrating generative AI within the software development lifecycle. Previous roles at Wells Fargo include leadership positions such as SVP, Head of Engineering, and SVP, Head of Home Lending Origination Technology, where Siva successfully modernized application processes and saved significant costs. With a solid foundation in enterprise architecture and software engineering from earlier roles at American Enterprise, SchemaWare, and other technology firms, Siva holds an Executive MBA and degrees in Electronics Engineering and Mathematics.
