Tanika Scott, CPLC, is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in business execution, quality assurance, and coaching. Currently serving as Vice President and Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo, Tanika focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion by spearheading strategic initiatives that enhance career progression for underrepresented talent. Tanika's career includes a range of senior roles such as Vice President, Business Execution Senior Manager, and Customer Experience Business Support Leader at Wells Fargo, as well as management positions at prior companies including Sprint and Spectrum Enterprise. In addition to corporate roles, Tanika is the President and Owner of HerMajesty Coaching, LLC, empowering individuals and small businesses through coaching and strategic planning. Tanika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Southern New Hampshire University and is certified as an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt.
