Tej Shah

Tej Shah is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at Wells Fargo since June 2025, Tej previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of US West Coast Software at Deutsche Bank from February 2022 to June 2025. Tej's career includes significant roles at Macquarie Group as Senior Managing Director, where leadership in establishing the US Technology investment and merchant banking practice occurred, and at Table Rock Capital LLC as Vice President of Private Equity. In addition to corporate roles, Tej contributed to the community as a board member for Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) and N-Squared Growth Capital. Tej's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
