Tom Hooley

Tom Hooley serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Wells Fargo, leading asset management for significant employee benefit plans, including an $8 billion cash balance pension plan and the nation’s third-largest corporate 401(k), valued at $55 billion. With a history at Wells Fargo dating back to 1994, Tom previously held roles such as Managing Director, where strategic oversight and expansion of the Outsource Chief Investment Officer division occurred, growing institutional assets from $5 billion to $20 billion AUM. Earlier experience includes senior vice president roles at Ameriprise Financial Services, where Tom built successful sales regions for 401(k) plans and developed recruitment programs for financial planners. Tom Hooley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Saint John's University.
