Wade Thoms is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Wells Fargo, currently serving as Business Accountability Senior Manager and Executive Director in Wholesale Operations since May 2021. Since joining Wells Fargo in January 2003, Wade has held various positions including Quality Assurance Program Manager, VP of Operational Risk Consulting, and Compliance Consultant, focusing on the design and execution of an Operational Risk program within Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Correspondent Lending.
