Yekesa K.

Yekesa K. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo since February 2023. Previously, Yekesa was the Head of TSML Services at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from February 2021 to January 2023, overseeing AWS/AIML services. Yekesa also held the position of Managing Director at State Street, where responsibilities included delivering State Street Alpha to Azure and developing an Open Source Cloud Native Database. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Engineering at dataxu, Distinguished Architect and Director of Analytics at Nokia, and Chief Data/Information Architect at Nokia Software and Services. Yekesa's career began at Oracle Corporation as a Principal Software Engineer and included tenure as a Software Engineer at Isis Distributed Systems. Yekesa holds a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University and a LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education.
