Melissa T. Hish

Melissa Hish is the Executive Vice President - Operations at Wells + Associates, overseeing technical and administrative staff to ensure efficiency and success for clients. With a background in engineering, Melissa also held roles as Director of Operations and Transportation Engineer and Senior Associate, managing engineering teams and transportation planning for various projects. Melissa previously interned at the Virginia Department of Transportation and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
