Heather Thiltgen

Heather Thiltgen is the President and CEO of WellSense Health Plan, where leadership spans a non-profit managed care organization driving $5 billion in annual revenue and serving 750,000 members within the Boston Medical Center Health System. In addition to this role, Heather serves as a board member for both Storable and the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, where responsibilities include acting chair. Previous experiences include senior leadership positions at Medical Mutual, managing strategic markets and product lines that contributed to $1.4 billion in annual revenue, as well as marketing leadership roles at CUNA Mutual Group and USAA. Heather holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
