Amy Blissard

Amy Blissard has over 15 years of experience in instructional design, training, and technical writing. Amy'smost recent role was as a Lead Technical Writer at WellSky, where they started in 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer at CarePort, powered by WellSky, starting in 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Client Training Specialist at naviHealth from 2018 to 2021. Amy also has experience as a Senior Instructional Designer at Wellpath and Community Health Systems, where they designed and developed training programs and eLearning modules. Earlier in their career, Amy worked as a Learning Manager at Brookdale Senior Living, a Training and Change Management Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and a Senior Instructional Designer at Solutions 21, both at Bayer and Equitable Resources. Amy is skilled in adult learning methodologies, curriculum development, eLearning, and training needs assessments.

Amy Blissard obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they received a certification in UPK from Oracle University in 2012.
