Shannon Potter

Shannon Potter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Deputy Chief of Business Services at WellSpace Health, a position they started in December 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Services at the same company from September 2020 to December 2021.

Prior to their role at WellSpace Health, Shannon was the Director of Operations at One Community Health Sacramento, where they started in May 2019 and continues to work. In this position, they played a crucial role in developing strategies and implementing plans to improve and standardize operations. Shannon also directed the day-to-day operations of various departments, including Behavioral Health, Primary Care Medical Team, Dental, Call Center, Referrals, Eligibility, and Patient Services Team.

From September 2016 to July 2019, Shannon served as the Director of Practice Management at Adult and Child Health. This role involved managing the acquisition, merger, and operation of primary care and mental health practices. Before joining WellSpan Health, Shannon was a Practice Manager at Dr. Nathan L Shpritz, DDS, LLC from May 2001 to October 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Manager/Store Manager at Better Deal Cellular from January 2000 to April 2001.
