Amanda Burns

Amanda Burns has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Amanda started their career at Siemens Healthcare in 1995 as a Programmer Support Specialist and worked there until 1999. Amanda then joined Lancaster General Health as a Programmer/Analyst from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, they joined WellSpan Health as a Manager in the PMO/ITSM department and held various roles, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Project Management Lead. Amanda transitioned to HR Technology roles within WellSpan Health, becoming a Director in 2022 and then a Senior Director in 2023. Amanda has a strong background in project management and HR systems.

Amanda Burns has a degree in Computer Science from Elizabethtown College. Amanda attended Pottsgrove High School until 1995. Amanda also pursued Information Technology studies at the University of Phoenix. Amanda has obtained additional certifications such as ITIL Foundations V3 in 2010, IT Service Management Foundation in 2008, and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007.
