Owen O'Neill

Owen O'Neill is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Technology and HR Operations at Regeneron since January 2023. Prior to this role, Owen worked at Bupa as the Global Head of Digital People Solutions from July 2018 to January 2023. Owen also held the position of Workday Implementation Manager (EMEA) at Johnson & Johnson from March 2014 to July 2018 and spent nearly a decade at Deloitte Consulting as Manager of HR Transformation. Owen began the professional career as a Programme Manager (Intern) at Chevy Chase Bank in 2004. Owen holds a degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, completed in 2005, and pursued further education at Imperial College Business School in 2020.
