Bryan Taylor

Bryan Taylor is an experienced performance improvement manager currently leading a team of five specialists at WellSpan Health System since May 2009. In this role, Bryan partners with leadership to implement strategic projects focused on patient safety, experience, and employee engagement. Significant achievements include initiatives on readmission reduction, sepsis mortality, and enhancing patient flow, as well as spearheading training in Lean Daily Management Systems across clinical areas.
