Dr. Cynthia Swartz

Dr. Cynthia Swartz serves as the Regional Director of Accreditation and Licensure at WellSpan Health since June 2021 and is also an Adjunct Faculty member at York College of Pennsylvania since 2017. Previously, Dr. Swartz held the position of Director of Nursing at UPMC Pinnacle Health from February 2018 to May 2021 and served as Associate Vice President of Nursing Services and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Geisinger Holy Spirit from June 2008 to February 2018. Dr. Swartz holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a Master in Health Administration with a specialization in Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist, both from York College of Pennsylvania, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the same institution.
