Erika Hoogesteger, DM, MBA, PMP, CPHQ, CSM, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in transformational project management across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at WellSpan Health, Erika leads multiple enterprise-wide projects including system integration and program development in behavioral health and oncology. Previously, roles included Project Manager at TEKsystems and Program Manager at Blue Shield of California, where Erika oversaw significant healthcare programs impacting millions of members.
