Fallon Hughes DNP, RN, NEA-BC, NPD-BC is a seasoned nursing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Nursing Practice, Innovation, Research & Evidence-Based Practice at WellSpan Health since June 2023. Concurrently, Fallon is an Adjunct Faculty member at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. With over 15 years of experience at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Fallon held various leadership roles including Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development, Director of Nursing Quality and Safety, and Nurse Educator. Fallon also contributed as Adjunct Faculty at Penn State University and Harrisburg Area Community College. Education includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Penn State University, and a Master's Degree in Nurse Education, also from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing from James Madison University.
