Fredrick Way has extensive experience in facilities management and project oversight, currently serving as a Trades Specialist/Project Manager at WellSpan Health since August 1991, where responsibilities include managing various projects related to building maintenance and safety. Previously held the role of Maintenance Foreman, overseeing boiler operations and general maintenance for a large healthcare facility. Fredrick also operated a small business from March 1998 to October 2015, specializing in hardscape installations. Early career experience includes serving as a 1st Class Mechanic at Norfolk Shipbuilding & Drydock and an Engineman 1st Class in the US Navy, where Fredrick held multiple engineering roles during a distinguished military career. Educational background includes completion of training in the US Navy and attendance at Ridgewood High School.
