Kasey Paulus

Kasey Paulus, MBA, RN, CENP has extensive work experience in healthcare leadership and nursing roles. Kasey is currently employed at WellSpan Health as the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at WellSpan Health.

Kasey Paulus, MBA, RN, CENP, received a BA in Nursing from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2003. Kasey later completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014. Kasey also attended Chisholm High School from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degrees, they hold several certifications including being Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) by the American Organization for Nursing Leadership in 2022, Lean Certified by Park Nicollet Health Services in 2012, and Certified Professional Healthcare Quality by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in 2011.
