Kim Maldonado

Director, Peer Support Program at Wellspan Health

Kim Maldonado began their work experience in 2005 at WellSpan Philhaven as the Director of the Peer Support Program. This program started in August 2005 and became a Medicaid reimbursable service in July 2007. In this role, Kim was responsible for implementing the program and ensuring its success.

In 2007, Kim also took on the position of Secretary/Board of Directors at the Pennsylvania Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners. Kim held this role until December 2013, where they were involved in the administrative and governance aspects of the organization.

Kim Maldonado obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Liberty University, attending from 1980 to 1984. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) from the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) in March 2008.
