Kimberly Bahata

Kimberly Bahata, DNP, RN, MBA, CPHQ, CCM, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Women & Children Service Line and Chief Nursing Officer for Ambulatory Care at WellSpan Health, a position held since January 2017. In addition to this role, Kimberly has held various leadership positions within WellSpan Health, including Vice President of the Women & Children Service Line (Interim), Administrator of Ambulatory Clinical Care, Director of Clinical Operations, and Regional Director of Case Management Operations. Prior to WellSpan, Kimberly was the Director of Case Management at Memorial Hermann Health System and held the position of Director of Disease Management & Care Management at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine. Kimberly is currently pursuing a DNP in Executive Nurse Leadership from Duquesne University School of Nursing, holding an MBA from Eastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Immaculata University.
