Kristen Altland

Kristen Altland is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at WellSpan Health since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist in a school district from September 2020 to February 2022 and as Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare from October 2015 to September 2020. Kristen also held positions in life enrichment management and activities at SPIRITRUST LUTHERAN THE VILLAGE AT SPRENKLE DRIVE and HCR ManorCare, starting as Activity Assistant and progressing to Activity Director. Kristen completed a degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Human Services from York College of Pennsylvania between 2005 and 2009.
