Linda Sheaffer

Linda Sheaffer has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Director of Patient Administrative Services at WellSpan Health since February 1995. In this role, Linda leads a central business office that encompasses billing, collections, customer service, electronic data interchange (EDI), information technology, and education/training for a three-hospital health system, overseeing revenue cycle management for a $1 billion organization. Prior to this, Linda was the Director of Business Services at Community Hospital of Lancaster from February 1974 to February 1995, where responsibilities included directing the business office, billing, collections, customer service, and system implementation. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College, completed between 1966 and 1968.
