Marcia Messer is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as COO of WellSpan York Hospital, Marcia previously held the position of President at Messer & Associates, LLC. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Primary Enterprise, Emergency Services at Atrium Health and Corporate Vice President of Clinical Transformation at Mercy Health. Marcia holds both an MBA and MHA from Pfeiffer University and has an educational background from Morehead State University.
