Marlene Crouse

Marlene Crouse, DNP, RN, CMAC, NE-BC, serves as the Vice President of Care Management at WellSpan Health. Previously, Marlene held the positions of Regional Director of Case Management Operations for York County, Behavioral Health, and Acute Rehab, and Interim Senior Director of Case Management and Professional Development within the same organization. Additionally, Marlene has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Penn State University. Marlene's educational background includes obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Jacksonville University, and further postgraduate education at Capella University between 2018 and 2020.
