Michele Crosson

Michele Crosson, LSW, MBA, serves as the Project Director of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic at WellSpan Philhaven since January 2015. In this role, Michele provides coaching, clinical supervision, and program oversight, while also managing budgetary responsibilities and ensuring compliance with strategic planning initiatives. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Bethany Children's Home, where Michele held multiple roles, including Director of Programming, Director of Social Work, and Social Worker, focusing on program administration, trauma-informed care certification, and direct client services for youth. Michele holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Lebanon Valley College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Moravian University.
