Giza Stefan

Giza Stefan has extensive experience in production sterilization and leadership roles within notable companies in the healthcare sector. Currently, Giza serves as Manager Production Sterilization at Wellspect HealthCare since October 2013, focusing on sterilization processes such as ionizing radiation and ETO sterilization, while implementing tools for Lean Production. Previously, Giza worked at AstraZeneca/Dentsply from February 2004 to September 2013 as an Area Manager, where responsibilities included establishing a radiation sterilization department and managing operations and maintenance. At AstraTech, from August 1999 to February 2004, Giza held the position of Production Shift Leader, overseeing night shift operations and coordinating material logistics between the warehouse and production.
