Lucas J. Bailey

Lucas Bailey has a diverse background in finance, leadership, and military service. Lucas currently serves as an Operating Partner at Wellspring Capital Management LLC, overseeing global business operations. Prior to this role, Lucas held positions at MAFCO Worldwide LLC as President and COO, where Lucas managed a multinational team and developed strategic plans. Lucas also has experience in private equity at MacAndrews & Forbes, specializing in deal execution and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Lucas served in the US Marine Corps as a Platoon Commander, leading a recon platoon during combat in Afghanistan. Lucas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bucknell University.
