Molly Moulton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit consulting and fundraising. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Wellspring Consulting since August 2018, Moulton collaborates with leadership teams of nonprofit organizations and philanthropic institutions to enhance decision-making and organizational capacity. Previous roles include Principal, Senior Consultant, and Consultant positions with the National Park Service during a selective summer internship program. Moulton has also held key positions at the MIT Sloan School of Management as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and in political fundraising roles with Ed Markey for U.S. Senate and the Council of the District of Columbia. Moulton holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in American Studies from Tufts University.
