Paulette Payne is an experienced Housing Stability Specialist at Wellspring Family Services since March 2015, providing therapeutic case management to diverse, low-income, multi-generational, and immigrant clients. As the owner and manager of Payne & Associates since 1997, Paulette has offered exceptional cleaning services and expanded the business to include "Redefining Spaces," which focuses on helping hoarders organize their belongings. Paulette has also held roles such as Financial Counselor at Neighborhood House and Program Assistant at Solid Ground, where responsibilities included community outreach and curriculum development for financial empowerment workshops. Previous positions include Lead Case Manager at ywca and Co-Owner/Manager of Repeat Performance, along with experience as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom. Paulette holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from The Evergreen State College.
