Michelle Graves

Michelle Graves, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michelle is currently the Director of Community Engagement at Wellspring Living since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Institute and Community Services at the same organization since March 2021. Michelle also held leadership positions at Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta, where they were the Director of Programs from September 2017 to March 2021, and the Director of Center Programs from 2013 to 2021. In these roles, Michelle focused on empowering students and families through customized development plans and engaging program facilitators. Before that, they worked as a Senior Data Management Specialist at 21st Century Insurance, supporting executive decision-making through data analysis. Michelle's experience also includes a role as a Financial Operations Manager at Cornerstone Community Church, where they implemented transparency measures to ensure financial solvency.
