Kentaro Adachi

Kentaro Adachi began their work experience in 2013 at Radishbo-ya, Inc. where they served as a Sales Supervisor, overseeing lead generation and nutrition in Tokyo Distribution base. Kentaro managed a team of 15 sales clerks and actively participated in sales operations. In 2015, they joined Wantedly, Inc. as the Head of Indonesia Market, leading the company's expansion into Indonesia until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at AnyMind Group, first as a Customer Success & Operation Lead for TalentMind, an AI recruiting solution, and later as the Country Manager for TalentMind Indonesia. Kentaro played a significant role in the market expansion and operation of TalentMind in Indonesia. In 2019, Kentaro Adachi joined Repro Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships. Kentaro later took on the role of Manager - APAC PMM / Growth Marketer, focusing on growth marketing strategies and project management until September 2021. Currently, they work at Wellspring Worldwide as the Manager of the Customer Success Department and as an innovation Adviser.

Kentaro Adachi received a Bachelor's degree in International Politics & Economics from Waseda University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended a high school affiliated with the University of Tokyo from 2006 to 2008, but the specific degree and field of study is unknown.
