Paul F.

Paul F. started their work experience in 2017 as a Hardlines Team Member at Target. Paul then became an Executive Board Member, Event Coordinator, and Vice President at U of A - Ballroom Dance Club from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they successfully secured more funding for the club and took on responsibilities such as planning events, coordinating with marketing staff, creating promotional materials, recruiting new members, and managing the budget. Paul then worked as a Scholarly Communications Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they joined State Street as an Application Developer, Senior Associate in 2021, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Wellspring Worldwide starting in 2022.

Between 2016 and 2020, Paul F. attended the University of Arkansas, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, in 2018, they participated in the Walton College Entrepreneurship Forum offered by the University of Arkansas Honors College. In 2019, Paul F. pursued a specialization in Innovation and Creativity in Logistics through the University of Arkansas Honors College. Paul obtained additional certifications during their academic career, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2019 and a Beginner Retail Link certification from the University of Arkansas in April 2019.
