Brandy Nichols Owens

Brandy Nichols Owens is a skilled Physician Assistant Certified with extensive experience in critical care and surgical oncology. Currently serving as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider for the ICU at Wellstar Health System since February 2021, Brandy has also worked at Envision Healthcare and Sound Physicians, contributing to critical care delivery. Prior to these roles, Brandy gained valuable expertise at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, focusing on surgical oncology and intermediate care from July 2013 to February 2021, and has a background in emergency medicine with Carrollton Emergency Physicians and EmCare. Brandy holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Florida and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the State University of West Georgia.
