Dana Caviness

Dana Caviness, MBA, CPXP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of PEX Operations and Executive Director of Patient Experience at Wellstar Health System, a position held since 2009. In these roles, Dana oversees consumer and patient experience strategies, sets organizational culture, drives process improvement initiatives, and ensures brand alignment across projects. Previous titles at Wellstar include Director of Patient Experience and Manager of Volunteers and Support Service Operations, where Dana led volunteer engagement strategies and supported hospital departments. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer and Mentor at Weight Watchers from 2003 to 2009. Dana holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University’s Michael J. Coles College of Business and a Bachelor's degree from Oglethorpe University.
