David Preston

David Preston, MBA, serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Wellstar Health System since October 2018, overseeing all Brand & Communications strategies for one of Georgia’s largest health systems. Prior to this role, David Preston held various leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company for over two decades, including Vice President of Innovation, where significant revenue growth was achieved in the Innovation Pipeline. Other roles at Coca-Cola encompassed Group Director positions for DASANI and Portfolio Strategy, along with responsibilities in region marketing and shopper marketing, contributing to comprehensive strategies across North American brands. David Preston holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
