Hiren V Patel

Hiren V Patel, MD, is a seasoned pulmonologist and intensivist with extensive experience in critical care medicine. Currently affiliated with WellStar Health System since November 2013, Hiren Patel also served as the Medical Director of Critical Care Services at Wellstar Douglas Hospital from May 2014 to July 2016. Hiren Patel's career includes a role as Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where involvement in advanced interventional pulmonary procedures and resident training took place. Previous experiences include teaching pulmonary and critical care techniques to fellows and residents at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completing a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at UMDNJ.
